Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
Girth and seam welds, nozzles.
Electronically steered ultrasonic beams inspect welds and base metal, with results read as the scan runs and saved as data. A code-compliant alternative to radiography where the governing code and your specification allow.
Shear Wave UT
Pipe and vessel welds.
Angle-beam ultrasonic testing that finds and sizes weld flaws such as lack of fusion and cracking.
AUT Corrosion Mapping
